We are allowed to exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We further reserve the right to limit quantities of our products or services on offer.

TERMS OF SALE
ORDERS
Purchasing a custom product (a product that is made to order, based on a specific customer's stipulations) from Love My Decking constitutes an agreement to pay, in full, for services provided, and is not conditional on any factors (including, but not restricted to, a specific delivery date promised, estimations, or customer dissatisfaction) except proof of services provided, which is solely evidenced by a photo of the services provided on our website.
Love My Decking reserves the right to automatically bill any unpaid balances to your payment method on record. Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled after manufacturing has begun. Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, or at Love My Decking's sole discretion after the 24 hours has lapsed.
SHIPPING
Product ownership is passed to you when the product is shipped. You have 21 days to inform Love My Decking, by e-mailing customerservices@lovemydecking.com, of any missing, incorrect, or damaged part of your purchase, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage, and images of the exterior packaging (even if there is no evidence of damage), or Love My Decking cannot be held accountable for these concerns.
Unless you provide Love My Decking with a valid and accurate tax-exemption certificate, relevant to your product purchase and the product's shipping location, you are liable for sales and other taxes associated with your order.
Love My Decking is not responsible for shipping issues due to inaccurate shipping information given by the customer, failure to receive or accept deliveries, or failure to receive deliveries because of other factors within the customer's control, including, but not limited to, inability to settle taxes or tariffs needed to receive the delivery, failure to be present during delivery, or failure to accept the delivery.

Love My Decking reserves the right to decline any order you place with us. We are allowed to, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order. These limitations may include orders placed by or under the same customer profile, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
If Love My Decking makes a change to or cancels an order, we may try to notify you by contacting you via the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number you provided at the time of placing the order.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or merchants. You agree to supply your most up to date, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all purchases made at our store.
