What happens if I need to return my order?
Love My Decking wants you to love your decking!
So, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase.We’ll take back any undamaged items in a re-sellable condition, subject to a 15% restocking charge.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of decking boards that have been cut and/or installed.
To arrange a return, email us at customerservice@lovemydecking.co.uk and include the following details:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Contact details
- Address for collection of goods
- If we did not obtain your personal information directly from you, the details regarding the source of the data.
Our minimum charge for this collection service is 20% of the order value and maybe more, depending on your location and product type.Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
What happens if my order has a fault?
We’re happy to arrange a refund or exchange if you notify us about the issue within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a refund or exchange if the decking boards have been cut and/or installed.

- Product details
- Photograph of the faulty item/s
- Description of the fault and when it happened
- Contact details
- Address for collection of goods
The collection of bulky items is free of charge.
